He began as a route owner with Flowers Foods, successfully managing and growing a bread route business before gaining further experience with Frito-Lay. Over the past four years, Ben has held management roles with Flowers Foods and Utz Brands, leading teams, streamlining operations, and driving growth.

Since 2020, I have been self-employed, operating within the route sales and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) space, leveraging my experience with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay. I manage territory sales, ordering, merchandising, inventory control, and customer relationships, ensuring consistent product availability and strong in-store execution.

After university, he spent more than 20 years in restaurant management in Houston, building a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and profitability. He later returned to Louisiana and transitioned into wholesale distribution, where he has spent 25+ years driving territory growth and supporting retail partners.

He has managed leading product lines including Pepperidge Farm, Golden Flake, and Ole Mexican Foods, focusing on account development, merchandising execution, and responsive customer support. His career reflects a results-driven approach built on long-term relationships and consistent sales performance.

Charlie Whited - (440) 361-0181

As a young man I was an Eagle Scout with over 10 years of sales experience, consistently finishing as a top seller in my troop selling popcorn and candy bars. I gained direct sales experience selling Cutco and later worked for Schwebel’s Baking Company running a bread route, where I managed territory accounts, inventory, and customer relationships. 

In 2022, I purchased my own Bimbo Bakeries USA bread route, taking full responsibility for sales growth, account support, logistics, and operations. Through these roles, I’ve developed strong skills in sales, customer support, relationship management, and territory development, and I’m now excited to bring that experience and competitive drive to Tower Beverage USA.
